Loan Signing Agent
We offer services to title and escrow agents, signing agencies, attorneys, financial institutions, Realtors, buyers and sellers. I ensure that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized and returned for processing on time by an impartial party to the transaction. I am trained and certified as a Signing Agent by the National Notary Association.
LOAN SIGNING AGENT FEES
$135.00 per loan package
Includes the printing of two sets of documents (up to 50 pages each) and shipping of originals, if provided with a pre-paid label.
$0.25 per page for Scanning, uploading, and/or faxing documents
$0.65 per mile Travel Fee
Notary Services
We offer mobile notary services for all types of legal documents including affidavits, acknowledgments, administer oaths, deeds, depositions, powers of Attorney, wills, attesting to photocopies..

$30.00 Mobile Service Fee
$0.65 per mile Travel Fee
What we cannot do:
• Provide legal advice or legal interpretation of documents
• Signature witnessing
• Notarization of a photograph
• Notarization of public record such as birth certificate or other vital record
• Certification of authenticity of objects
• Certification of a person’s residency or citizenship status, preparation of legal documents or immigration papers
