A Word about Pricing

We understand that price is one of the biggest concerns most of us have. That’s why we ensure we have a deep understanding of your specific needs, complete clarity about the scope of work we will deliver, and absolute confidence that we can deliver BEFORE we take you on as a client. In order to do this, we perform a Diagnostic Review as a first step to working with you.

Customized pricing based on your needs

Our pricing is dependent on the services and value provided, complexity, volume, timing, and other factors. In most cases our pricing includes your subscription cost to use QuickBooks Online, as well as any other applications as may be required.

We provide up-front pricing for all our services, so you won’t have any pricing surprises later on.For most one-time projects (reviews, cleanup, coaching etc.) we charge 50% upfront and 50% near completion of our project.
We accept ACH and credit card payment.
Monthly services are due on the first of each month and are automatically charged via credit card or drafted via ACH.
